Cogun Ministry Services

Cogun Ministry Services (CMS) is a division of Cogun that provides ministry resources to growing churches.  Most CMS resources are directed to church leaders that are in the process of designing or building new facilities.

Spending on church construction has increasingly grown in recent years. However, church attendance has been on the decline. Our purpose is to assist church leaders as they navigate cultural change and what it means for ministry space.  We deal with issues such as church health, alternatives to building and connecting to the unchurched with your new church facility.

Note: If you are an existing Cogun church, all of these resources are available to you at no cost.
